Banana Smoothie Recipe

                                                             
2 frozen bananas
                                                                             1/2 c. raisins and/or currants
                                                                             1/4-1/2 c. walnuts
                                                                             1 Tbsp. ground flaxseeds
                                                                             1 to 1 1/2 c. water, milk or nondairy substitute (adjust as desired)
                                                                             1 serving smoothie mix (optional)
                                                                            
                                                              Mix all ingredients together in a blender and serve.
