Berry Smoothie Recipe

                                                                 2 cups milk or non dairy milk substitute
                                                                 1/2 cup frozen blueberries (or your favorite berries)
                                                                 1/2 to 1 tsp. ground cardamom
                                                                 pinch of nutmeg
                                                                 2 tsp. honey
                                                                 1 serving smoothie mix (optional)
                                                                                                                    
                                                            Mix all ingredients together in a blender and serve.

Use apple juice instead of milk
                                                                            * Adjust the honey
                                                                            * Add almond extract
