Get Your Greens Smoothie Recipe

                                                            2 cups  apple juice (or mix 2 cup water with 2 apples)
                                                3-4 tbsp. ground flax seeds
                                                            ¼ cup  frozen blueberries (or any berry you choose)
                                                            1  frozen or fresh banana
                                                            1 serving smoothie mix  (optional)
                                                            whole food supplements

                                                            Mix all ingredients together in a blender and serve.
