Protein Smoothie Recipe

                                                                               1 cup milk or nondairy substitute
                                                                               1 banana
                                                                               ½ cup yogurt
                                                                               1 tbsp. protein powder
                                                                               1 tsp. wheat germ
                                                                               1 serving smoothie mix (optional)
                                                                               whole food supplements (optional for added nutrition)
                                                                               to taste honey

                                                              Mix all ingredients together in a blender and serve.
