Simple Healthy Smoothie Recipe
Serves 2

                                                                      2 cups purified water
                                                                      1  banana
                                                                      2  apples, cut (with skin)
                                                                      1/4 cup frozen berries of your choice
                                                                      1 serving smoothie mix (optional)
                                                                      whole food supplements (optional for added nutrition)
                                                       
                                                              Mix all ingredients together in a blender and serve.
