Yogurt Fruit Smoothie Recipe

                                                                 1 1/2 cups of milk or nondairy substitute like soy, nut, or oat
                                                                 1 teaspoon carob powder
                                                                 1/4 cup yogurt
                                                                 1 serving of smoothie mix (optional)

                                                                 Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
